If Lubinsky is involved, it will not pass the "Smell" test. Do a search, see what I have posted before. There will be no factory on Malta and CS and Lubinsky are circling each other, like porcupines before mating, trying to figure out how to BONE the other party. 
And SAI loves that " PR Newswire" because otherwise the press releases would get the attention that day old fish wrapping receives.
All of the PR in the world will not build cars...
