Default Converting a Cal title under SB100
My Cobra was registered and titled in California prior to SB100. I would like to sell and need to get it retitled under SB 100 or some other regulation. I do not have an MSO. Anybody know the procedure.

Newly built cars register under senate bill 100. Older cars registered as specialty construction vehicles can be re-registered under Senate Bill 1578. Instructions are here:
