Shelby CAV Status

Correct me if I am wrong but:

#1. SAI had a major supplier go out of business just as they went to release a new product
#2. SAI has taken steps to take fix the issue and produce cars
#3. The result of items #1 and #2 has been a delay
#4. SAI has offered refunds to anyone who does not want to wait

What is the problem? SAI had a problem, they fixed it, they are working to get things back on track and they have offered refunds to those who have put down deposits.
