 The pipe threads need some gooey liquid teflon sealant on them, then torque em down good and tight.  If it is the flare fitting tapered cone part that is leaking, they make aluminum crush washers that help make the seal 100% tight. 
				__________________In a fit of 16 year old genius, I looked down through the carb while cranking it to see if fuel was flowing, and it was. Flowing straight up in a vapor cloud, around my head, on fire.
