Classic Roadsters

As most of you already know I am looking to purchase a used Cobra. I have an opportunity to buy Classic Roadsters of Fargo North Dakota. The car was built in 1998 and has 1500 miles.

Anyway does anyone have any good or bad stories about Classic Roadsters? I appreciate any help you can give me.

I think (or hope) you mean you have the opportunity to buy a CRL Cobra and not the whole company!

The chassis are well engineered and very stout. The bodies are chopper-gun (good but heavy). Overall the car is well engineered and good for everyday use.

The (old) company, on the other hand, was a piece of work to put it nicely. Now the (new) company is owned by Don Scott ... and is a pleasure to deal with!

You betcha. Look in the manufacturer's section of the forum, you'll find Classic Roadsters II. Don Scott owns the company now. He and DV (Ed) can supply anything (and everything) you'll ever need.

Post a question over there and you'll get all sorts of replies.
