Another West Coast on the road!

Just this weekend I took the car for its "maiden voyage" around the subdivision. Working out a couple of last minute wiring bugs and then its ready for inspection and titling. Its been a long three years of build and I'm sure it will be a very short summer of driving!

Thanks to all who contributed advice and troubleshooting efforts. I hope I can return the favor in the future.

Looks like I have to travel during the time of the Fling. I've planned to go for 3 years, even had a hotel reservation last year and this year, when I expect to have the car ready, my travel schedule gets in the way! Maybe this is added incentive to retire early!! :-)

I'll be there if I can, even if its just for a day.
