ps engineering wheels
My Superformance dealer has been trying for a week+ to get a return call. I tried also. Didn't even get an answering machine. I had my car for exactly 13 hours before I damaged the wheel. Thus the desperaton

This time of year is a busy time for all motorsports suppliers. Call Phil in the mornings before he gets busy, say 9 am PDT. Don't call on Monday nor on Friday. Those are travel to and from event days.
The same advice holds true for all smaller parts suppliers.

13 hours? Hope no one was hurt. Can you give us the details of the incident? I dont mean to be nosy, but some advice from someone who had something happen may do some good to the rest of us. You know, that "complacency" thing.

Perhaps one of the other Superformance dealers has an extra wheel in stock. Let your fingers do the walking.........

What kind of damage? Can it be repaired?
My wife bent the he!! out of my two front wheels on my new 92 Vette right after I got it (bad RR tracks). My local wheel shop sent them out to a repair shop in LA. Two weeks later they came back as good as new...never leaked or had a balance problem for the 6 years I had the car.

You have to remember that PS Engineering is basically a one or two guy operation. If Phil is out of town on business it may be impossible to catch him. He also, as mentioned before, may be very busy. Keep trying.

Network the dealers!
Steve,
I might suggest you ask your dealer to make contact with the other Superformance dealers in an effort to find a rear wheel quickly. It can't hurt and might help!
You never know!
Good luck!
John Russell
also running 17" PS engineering wheels with about 10,000 miles on them- no problems yet!
