It's a gasket from an oil filter. I replaced the big one as well as the O-ring aroung the bolt with Viton O-rings, it doesn't leak now.

I don't know if an oil filter O-ring will be the right size, just call Canton (or whoever made your's) for a replacement O-ring kit, there are 3 in the Canton adaptor.

Al, You need a Canton number 98-004 replacement O-ring kit. It has all the gaskets and O rings for a complete rebuild of that adapter.

Al, i have replaced my gaskets several times, as noted, get the kit from Patty at Canton. By the way, if they are back ordered, i think i have a spare kit you can have, you can replace it later.

By the way, if you look on i think page 23 of the new Canton Catalgue, you can see my SPF!!!

ask for Patty, tell her Hal sent you.
