On our New Year's day cruise, a guy pulls up next to me and points at the cobras behind me at the light and says, " I know your is real, but are any of the other ones real?" I just laughed and said they were all real fun! ......it's funny that the guy just assumed mine was real because of the tag "COBRA65". |

OK, bringing this one back from the dead...
Got my new plate yesterday, It's a replica of the manufacturer plate that Shelby ran on the cars in the mid sixties (seen in pictures in various books) on a number of street and factory race cars including a couple of Daytona Coupes. http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/d..._MFG_plate.jpg The MFG line was supposed to have been farther to the left, but not bad overall. |
