I went in to get MYT FAST and got it but then something got screwed up in the system and when I went to get it again it was showing as taken by me the first time around so I couldn't get it. So I went with WKD FAST for wicked fast...hence my username. Some others I had on my list were SEE YAAA, SHESFAST and ULNVRWIN for you'll never win.

I know it's been done, but I honestly didn't know that when I got mine in MI. Most people have to ask who Enzo is.

Well I was going to go with 1966 AC But the man @ the DMV said I couldn't have a tag that started with two #"s. So rather than use I966 AC (cuz I wasn't thinking) I went with Mauler So my tag reads MAINE MAULER I mean she (AC) is a beast :

My son has suggested "Catch Me", but I think that's just asking for trouble...

Default Small Faux pas

Have FFR with 302". I ordered BB COBRA without thinking. My name is Bill Bryan. After the order I saw that everyone thought I had a Big Block in the car. Changed it to SB COBRA straightaway.

This is fun. Slabside or FIA bodied car owners have another palate to choose from.

I really like your plate. I even considered the same thing when I registered my mkII.

I wouldn't worry about others having the same plate. Unless they live down the street (highly unlikely), then you have nothing to worry about.

Heck, I saw this thread and totally copied someone elses plate. He lives in Ohio though so I have nothing to worry about. Unless we meet someday at the London Cobra Show.

So the story goes like this...

"TOPLESS" is not allowed in conservative Utah. So, when writing my description of what my "TOPL3SS" plate meant, I said "Tople 3's, as in 3,2,1, go...like in a race. The double S was for the sound a snake makes because the car is a Cobra.

Maybe not the best description, but it worked!!!

Mine here in Illinois is " PLACEBO", I thought it fit the car well lmao. Had guys at a show last weekend ask if it was a real cobra.

The wife told them to read the plates................. they said they did not know what a placebo was, I did not think it was THAT difficult.

I have managed to acquire several unique tags:
All Virginia tags.

1. ERA 427 Cobra, 1965 configuration - - - - "65-427" (Original 1965 VA Tag).

2. ERA GT-40. - - - - - "66 88 99" It reads the same 'right side up - or upside down' the later of which I try to avoid. (original 1967 VA Tag).

3. Excalibur 427 Cobra repl. - - - - - "B-TOUGH" Current VA Tag.

4. Italia GT - - - - - - - - - "BE-TUFF" Current VA Tag

Y'all have a really great day.

BLACKJACK
