I just finished modding my stock Shell Valley mufflers. I cut the muffler apart and used a Car Chemistry baffle and vortex cone in each one. I had to richen carb 6 jet sizes to compensate for more efficient flow. I did not dyno test before so I cannot tell you how much h.p. the mod was worth but throttle response is much crisper. My total cost was about $500.00 including the cost to recoat. -Bob
