Cheap pusher fans
Thanks to Pete in Louisiana for bring these to my attention. Those of you looking to add pusher fans to your car can benefit from this as well. Go to Grainger.com, and industrial supply site. Motors are part #2M197, $28.40 each. Fan blades are 9" aluminum, part #4C477, $10.15 each. For a total of $66.95 plus an the addition of an easy to fabricate bracket and some wire, you have a set of pusher fans. Just thought some of you might be interested.

Sorry, I don't - Pete, are you out there ????
By the way, looking at my original math, I added wrong - go figure. The parts actually add up to $77.10, which is still one hell of a deal compared to what these assembled setups go for. The brackets to hold the whole thing can be built for virtually pennies.

No, I haven't got the drawings anymore, Pete - I lost everything older than about 6 months when the computer crashed.
