Mustang Sheby GT or Mustang GT 500?

Do you guys think a Shelby GT for $2500.00 over sticker is a good buy. Do you think it will be a collectible?
Do you think a GT 500 is a better buy at $55K?
I have a hook on both cars and deciding on which.
