Does any one have Photos of Rally Lights in our Cobra Grills
I'm thinking of installing running or rally lights in my BDR Cobra Grille.
I do a lot of night driving as well so the extra light will help. Just curious on how they will actually look

Saw this one at The Houston Cobra Club meet last weekend. Also this car has no roll bar but is very clean and neat looking.

Didn't the Cobra in the movie "Gumball Rally" have grill mounted lights? As I recall, it looked OK.

I like the look. There was an article in one of the Kit Car magazines in the late 80's/early 90's that had a red Cobra that went on the Cannonball Baker run. They had the rally lights. Really neat look.

I have a calendar page with a CSX that had Lucas fogs or driving lights attached to the side of the jackstand bumpers next to the signals. I've been trying to figure out how to do custom brackets to replicate this. When I installed Lucas tripod headlights, it emits a nice bright light, but leaves a hole of darkness in the middle of the light pattern. Strange.
I'll scan and post the pic tonight...

User name, New Mexico's gallery. I think they might be hinged at the top, to retract.

Indeed...Mr. Foushee is also a good source for making your sparkplug wires toe the line.

Thanks, Mr. Barsamian, but the wires were easier than the lights.

Here's one I'd like to replicate as I already have the vintage Lucas lamps.

I've seen a similar mount it is just 1/4" aluminum plate stock bent, shaped and drilled then bolted on to the top bolt of the quickjack. They were custom made....easy for those lucky few that know how to do it....
