DMV friends and family

I was thinking that finding a contact within a DMV office anywhere in the northern California area would be a good idea for obtaining a TOP as well as paving the way to SB100 at the first of the year.

Thus, I'll just throw that question out there to you all....If you do have a trusted contact you can recommend, I would love to contact them
