I guess that's a "No". I've never heard of them, but there are lots of guys (and gals) who frequent this site regularly and many of them have access to info I don't.
Do you have a link to "Kit Cars to Go" or any other details?

It appears that they have become active on eBay, selling bare bodies and body frame kits.
Raw Body kit
Body/frame kit
I think when we last checked out that website..it appeared to be based in a residential address.
Would like to see the guys from that new company check in here....

Frame looks very primative, and looks to use donor Fox Mustang parts. Body looks horrible, and the last thing you want is a "thick" glass body.
My advice? If you want a donor based and/or inexpensive good quality kit, spend a few grand more and buy an FFR, Hurricane, or Turn Ten car.
Just my 2 cents.

I agree with Sal (Power Surge). Plenty of good, quality kits with a good reputation on the market at a fair price.
You live in Perkasie, PA, I was raised in Quakertown, PA!
Good luck on the Cobra search.

Computerworks, you know me, I think I am the last person to shout alarm or spread any unvarifiable facts but I have to admit me thinks this is worth questioning;
Gene94's first post- welcome by the way, and a question about a company that apparently has been unheard off.
By chance is Gene94 from the same town or area that this unheard of company is from? Would like to here more about it too.
Just curious.

Looking at the pics on their site, I don't even see mounting points for a roll bar, fuel tank mounting points, or any way to mount suspension "enhancements" such as sway bars, Panhard bars, etc....
Looks like there is a reason these cars are so cheap, you have to do a lot of the work yourself.
Keep in mind that the Cobra kit car industry is littered with failed businesses that have left their owners high and dry. Where will you get parts or warranty issues taken care of if this is just another fly-by-night business like some many others that have gone before? Better to do business with a more established business that will probably be around when you need more than the chassis and a "thick" fiberglass body.
The three mentioned above in Sal's post are a good start.

Every Cobra company mentioned started small. You wouldn't believe the crap F5 took when they were just an upstart, Now they have done $100 million in bizzness. Give the new guy a chance, go look for yourself, and then make your choice. Don't forget Classic 11, B+B, Hunter, and the other 50 or so out there.

Perhaps some more specific details of the issues and the attempts you made to resolve them with the vendor would add some depth to you claims.
thanks

geoz3 is not being honest""""""
Hello Everyone, Kit Cars to go here. First thing I'd like to say is ,"I'm glad to be here and represent myself (or defend) on behalf of my dream> KIT CARS.
I'll try my best to explain why I'm in the buisness and adress any concerns I read above......
First I'm here because alot of Americans dream of owning one of the Cobras and that's all they can do, DREAM",. I offer a Complete rolling Chassis constructed of 2 by 4 rectangular steele 11 gaige cold rolled, cross braces are 2 by 2 same as above, floorpan supports are 2 by 2 same, body support roll is 1 by 1, and the cowl is 2 by 2 same. There is more than sufficient room for suspension upgrades", and purchasing a pre-established kit due to the companys name is not a better idea.
Our bodys are 14 mil thick Gel coat and RMP (Radius Marine Putty) reinforces every angle of the Kit, NO THICK BODY HERE average 3/16 inch thickness and up to 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness on areas surrounding headlights, tail lights, hood pin mounting points. Our hinges are welded and scabbed 100 % into the body frame (Roll) made of one by one, we are however considering handlaying them into the body? Any sudjestions would be appreciated.
We've been in busiiness for 1 year! Started not even being able to pay the bills", now people that have taken the time to visit our shop, say we're good. As the matter of fact they say we're one of the best bodies they've ever seen! When our body has set in the mold for 48 hrs it's removed and we trim it completely", then we remove any clay and Gel Coat lines from the body, all pin holes if any are filled and all air pockets if any are busted and repaired by us (NOT A SUPRISE TO THE CUSTOMER). Then we add High Gloss additive and oxidizer as welll as acitone to the mixture and complletely re-shoot the body giiving the customer a Beautiful foundation to start from.
We thought with our contacts we could supply the Donor mustang prts for the customer again and assemble them.
When the customer purchases the $8,500.00 roller, they just saved $1,000's and many man hours of working that require equipment most people don't have laying around in their garage". The rims and tires arre also included.
geoz3, AKA George, I delivered the Kit from SC all the way to South Miami and spent atleast 2 hours with him inspecting the Kit (He loved it) hands down, and then one small defect wich we offered to make good on until he started using Profanity and threatening us with a Law Suit, at that point I acknowledged the issue and realized it was a mistake that my shop could fix in about 4 hrs and still continued to try and work with Mr. Covelli and every time I tried to be nice, he would start disrespecting again, not a man worth dealing with reasonably, and I washed my hands with him.. I will not leave a customer hanging with no where to obtain parts, everything needed minus (ebrake/pedals/motor/transmission) is in my catalog. I must add I don't make a dime off of anything in the catalog, 90% of the Cobra parts are supposed to have a 25% mark up for us to make profit, but I just put it there and let the customers make the savings. On an average, the roller bought from me for $8,500.00 the catalog can complete it NICELY for around $5,500.00
"NO BS", my business location is 30 YARDS off of HIGHWAY 146 that connects HIGHWAY 146 to HWY 417, RUNS INTO HWY 385, HWY 85, HWY 221, HWY 1-26, NOT LOCATED IN A SUBDEVISION, 5,750 SQF Facillity about to expand....
I promise the Cobra world and Kit Car lovers that we will provide their Dream Cars and at a price they can afford, we will substitute the Quality or Craftsmanship of my product for the reduction of price, if anything we do MORE"""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""'''.... PERIOD....
Brian. Representing, Kitcarstogo.com
Excuse some of the mis-spellings my Lap Top buttons stick so bad I probably typed three pages this size justt to get this one right, PEACE

I bought the car on EBAY 6 months ago, Brian Greener part owner delivered the car. Because I was involved in another project we pushed the car in the garage. I got to it about 3 weeks later. With the body off the frame, it did not look level, after taking measurements the right side of the frame was 2" longer then the left, the height was 1/2" lower on the left then on the right. The bolts that hold the read end to the frame had not been drilled through the frame. The motor which was stated as new was not, the front claipers had no brake pads, I have not checked the rear for shoes yet. The body will not sit on the car, if you look at the cars on Ebay he is selling now, the fronend sits up 6" to high, and can not be adjusted without cutting the frame. After I and another guy who bought the first one posted bad feedback, and made a claim with Ebay, Ebay tossed him, he has comeback under a new user name. His partner in VA called and offered to pick up the car and fix it, I said no problem, but escrow my money until the car comes back, he said no, I will give you a receipt. Brian then called and told me to "fix the car myself, cut this weld that ect.... and buy the way there is no warranty on the car." These guys are con men. I hope this helps someone else avoid a big problem. Also try Street Beasts in Miami, I toured their facility and looked and there Kits, WOW I'm impressed. They have offered to help me repair the frame problems on my car, at no cost. When I buy another Kit whos's kit do you think I'll buy?

Before you make a decision, you might want to click on the "search" feature and type in "street and beasts" (but without the quotes).
