Depending how serious you are about this, Harvey Exhaust makes a small two-bay ventilator with two flex hoses that could be connected to each pipe.

Go to their website http://www.harveyexhaust.com and look at the Two Bay system. It will run off 110v but will cost you some $$$ Typical street price is going to be around a grand

I always back my car out a bit till the pipes are outside. I still have to open my side door to get a cross wind.

If you work on a Cobra, you should be able to build a similar system for a heck of a lot less than a grand!
See a heating contractor in your area and give him a few bucks to save the old furnace blower when he installs a new furnace, then get that NAPA hose and rig up an exhaust system. The whole thing may run you a hundred smackers!
