Default HELP - what's it worth?

I'm looking to purchase my first cobra and could really use some help from the forum on figuring out a reasonable price for this car, assuming its even worth purchasing. It's a 1966 cobra 427 built by Street Beast in 1994. The engine is a 302 that had a complete rebuild done. The engine was built with Comp Cam roller cam, roller rockers, lifters and rods. The heads are new Aluminum Edelbrock with Aluminum Edelbrock intake. Holley 4 barrel carb was rebuilt, new dist. Ford Racing Aluminum water pump. Pipes and headers are ceramic coated silver. The C4 Ford transmision and torque converter were recently rebuilt as well. Transmision also has a B&N shift kit. Tube frame construcion with Ford Mustang II front clip and Ford 7.5 posi traction rear end with 275 gears. New Dunlop GT Qualifier tires. Car is currently on the road and drivable. What the car needs is some electrical work including the front headlights, speedometer not working and some body work/paint job (the paint is dull and theres a spider crack on the rear panel). All of the above information was relayed to my by the current owner and I am by no means a car expert. Any advice on what to look for when inspecting the car or any other help would be greatly appreciated.

Pending visual pics, I'd say 10-12k for what you've described.

I'll second what Sal has so eloquently posted.
