Default Help I.D. manufacturer of this Cobra replica

Hi fellas,

I've been a registered member for years and have done a lot of lurking but have never posted until today. I need your help identifying the manufacturer of a certain Cobra replica.

A local fella has just completed his Cobra, unfortunately he doesn't know who manufactured the kit. He bought it second hand, unassembled and incomplete. "Incomplete" is an understatement! He basically started with a body and chassis and a few minor odds and ends. Most of everything else you see, he either bought or fabricated himself. Metal work is mostly his own fabrication work. Can you ID the maker from the following pics?

It originally has side pipe exit holes, but he glassed those in and fabbed his own undercar exhaust. How about those side vent holes. I've never seen ones that look like that. Keep in mind, we're in Canada. I believe he bought it from original buyer in Canada, but does not know if oem is Canadian or not.

NAME THAT MANUFACTURER!

Default just a guess

nicely built B&B, wide tranny tunnel, wider than normal roll bar, normal hood scoop, door panels seem the same. What was the company that Brian was with....West Coast or LA? just seems the same body and features. Look at Clois' car or an old pic of Deans....Maybe one of Dave Nimitz.

Don't know what it is, but it has the wrong engine setback, radiator position, rear fender flairs, dash board, Steering column-through firewall location to be a B&B. How much did B&B change the car once they got a hold of it from LA Exotics, I don't know.
