Default Day One from the Lake George Summer Run

It really turned out to by a perfect day in the Adirondack Mountains of NY (it rained HARD for about 15 minutes ) but once it got that out of its system, 75 & sunny. It was like having 50 instant best friends drop by your house (with some really cool cars ). This is a great event and Greg does a great job putting this together. (The resort town of Lake George is very busy this time of year) Yet again I got caught up "talking" and didn't take enought pictures but I'll share some I did take. Many FFR's but Unique, Superformance, EM, B&B and a very cool Manxter were represented.

It was great meeting everyone and enjoying the different cars.

Nice Manx, and Cobras the last time I was in Lake George was for a bike meet in June 1989, it is a beautiful area.. we froze our rears off as it rained all week and as we were leaving the rain felt like ice hitting my face and this was on a Goldwing with tall windshield.. I was wishing for a full face shield on my helmet..

You are "killing me" with the photos. I wanted to attend this year, but had another comitment this weekend. Thanks for the photos, and hope you have fun on the cruise today (Saturday). May you have sunny skies. Hope to be there next year.

Greg,

Thanks for making this event happen, just had the wife block out the dates for next year. Living near Lake George, sometimes you forget just how nice of an area we happen to live in.

Making noise in the mountains!

Guys,

If there is one weekend you take your car out for, this should be it! The lake is beautiful, many things for the the family to do (beach, water parks, Great Escape Amusement Park).

Jeff,

You have built yourself one fine Cobra! You should be proud!

Pat
