Shifter boot ideas?
My TKO, middle position shifter sticks up out of the tunnel and when I put the normal 5" shfter ring over the boot, it looks dorky. Kinda like so many women these days who are 40 pounds overweight with low-waisted pants on that are too small - you get the idea  .
Any leads on maybe a 6- or 7-inch shifter ring?
