I am returning next June! So yes, it will be tough! Mike has been awesome in letting me just put a smaller deposit down up front since I don't need them to start building my kit until about Feb or Mar. They're expecting a markup in price so they let me lock the price in now given my situation.

Home.. well that's multiple locations at the moment. I own a house in oklahoma city, my wife is currently staying with family in Erie, PA, but I plan to probably live in either Pittsburgh or Columbus, OH when I return. Wherever the job takes me I guess. I just want to stay near the east coast, no further west than OKC.

Paul, I was checking out your build site! Very well put together! YOur description of asking your wife about the kit is dead on! Surprisingly my wife responded similarly to yours! haha She did ratiionalize that it could never be a family car, but it's my dream so she said go ahead! Me and my 2 yr old daughter will enjoy the build! She likes to hit things with the tools! haha She will get the first ride... after I deam it to be safe of course!

I'm so excited! Hopefully this will help pass the time. i have a whole year to get all the planning in order. I already ahve a spreadsheet made of what it will be, but there are always last minute changes!
