Cobra Make, Engine: Contemporary, FE, Tremec TKO 600

Engine / transmission location question

Bear with me here - I've not done this Ford thing yet!

Lets say I have a 351C with a Tremec TKO600 in my Contemporary. If down the road I replace the Cleveland with an FE, will the transmission mount for the Tremec still be in the right place? I guess what I'm asking is does the switch from the Cleveland to the FE change where the transmission sits in the car?
