Well, at least one of the CSX4000 tribute cars was painted "God-Awful Yellow"

Here's Bill Wells driving #1/10 of the tribute cobras in the Texas 1000 several years ago. Check out the font of the number on the side. Matches the font of the #71 car. I'm starting to think the #71 car was one of these tribute cars and the model makers took off on that.


Anyone with any info, pipe in!
