Yes but as you stated they were the supplier of rolling stock the Shelby. I'm OK with that from a historical / lineage point of view.
What I don't get is the crossover into what is clearly a clone or copy of a Shelby being included. Obviously there would never be an allowance for FFRs or ERAs for example, so why are Kirkhams included and other MFG's excluded? Does it become a point of accuracy? Where is the line drawn? Aluminum skin? Licensing agreements?
FYI I'm not trying to stir the pot here, just expressing my opinion.
