Kirkhams that are not Shelbys never see SAI and do not wear Cobra badges from the Kirkham factory. Kirkham like AC also supplies SAI with bodies and chasis ala' AC in the 60 for Shelby Cobras.

At the same time, your car never saw the original California Shelby factory floor as it was produced just a "few" years later than an original. My advice is to sell your Shelby and buy a Kirkham. It will still be listed in the Shelby registry (ah the prestige of it all), and you'll have enough spare change left over for that FFR Spec Racer you always wanted.
