Why anyone really gets their panties in a knot over this is beyond me. 
You are fighting over a listing in a book that is much like the "Who's Who in Waste Disposal" tomes, you pay to play. SAAC is a private corporation, they do a fine job but their decision is based upon a profit motive (as well as RK's stated point of keeping track of "clones" so they do not morph into "originals".)
If serving CS and other masters were not an issue, would they really need to track "Eleanors", "GT350 SRs" and the other bastard children that CS has "licensed"? 
Besides, it is up to the interglatic Cobra Czar, one Mr. T. Legate, Esq. to decide........I will go with whatever he wishes (so that I don't become one of the "disappeared")
