Cobra engine or not???

I have some pictures of an engine here that's in an old ford truck. What I'm trying to find out if it’s really a Cobra or not. It has Cobra Le Mans valve covers and a Cobra air intake cleaner. How do I tell if it’s an authentic Cobra, replica or just a standard engine dressed up with valve covers and an air intake cleaner? I'd also like to find out the size too, I'm guessing either a 390 or 427 Stroker..
