Over the counter readily available valve covers and air cleaner don't mean squat as to what motor it might be. Could just as easily be an old dressed up 352 transplanted in a later model truck. Dual four barrel intake is a nice touch!
The casting numbers on the head should be readable, thats where I'd start, at least a clue.
