Well the reason I ask about the engine is because I know nothing about Ford products, I've been a GM guy my whole life and my dad had this truck given to him by a friend who had the truck willed to my dad.

What does cross bolted mean?

Yes it is a single carb double pumper Holly 850 CFM.
