We put dryer sheets in our boat when closing it up for the winter but I never thought about putting them in the cars. I will give it a try.
Winterizing has been discussed here in great detail in the past. Do a search and you will find many opinions, especially on periodic starting versus not starting, a car that is in storage. Personally, I NEVER start a car that has been put away for the winter until it is time to take it out in the spring. I learned my lesson many years ago when I fowled the plugs in a hipo Mustang by starting it in the winter just to hear it run for a while.
