New Cobra inspired concept car

I really appreciate the feed back. I understand what a lot of you are saying about the Font being flat and that you can see all these other cars in the design. That was the intention sort of… Even though this car was inspired by the Cobra I made sure not to make it look like a cobra. There are sever legal issues and a few other people out there are attempting to make a modern Cobra, so I will leave it to them.

The front end is more rounded than it shows in the rendered images… I am no expert in CAD so the perspective is off a little. The front end is way smaller than the back end although it does not look like it. The nose of the car is very low and small. I have some friends at Bell Helicopter testing the Flow Dynamics of the car for me and it’s looking to be better than what you may think.

Keep in mined that this car is close to the same size of the Cobra (Small) the wheel base is only 5” longer and the car is about 4” wider. The car looks a lot bigger than it really is.

All vents and openings on the car are fully functioning and have a purpose. I don’t think its over styled like some have said. I made sure to keep the lines rather simple and clean. The front end is defiantly different than a lot of today’s cars. That was the point… Maybe it’s just me but I am getting tired of pointy wedged shaped cars with all these non functional scoops and vents in today’s market. I really wanted to make a car that looked aggressive, possibly classic and can withstand time. It seems back in the 50s – 60s designers creative skills were not as limited and designers created a wide variety of unique wonderful cars. This is what I tried to hone in on as much as I can while also making it a modern car. It’s difficult to merge the two eras.

PS. I am in the middle of reworking some areas to allow for both internal and side pipes. Some states will not allow the side pipes so I want to make sure that both configurations will work and that the car will still look good without the side pipes.
