Need Help In Bedford, Mass Area

Bought a trans (tko600 new) off a performance shop called CD PERFORMANCE in FALLRIVER,MASS. Sent him the money but no trans. after lots of BS from the seller I decided to call police. They are involved and the seller now wants to ship the trans. I dont think the trans I will recieve will be the TKO 600 NEW IN THE BOX, as stated. Just wondering if there is anyone in this area with any suggestions on what to do.

Sorry, I do not live in Bedford, Mass. that is why I am looking for some help out that way, police will not verify wether it is a new tko 600 or not, just that it is a trans. Right now it is a fraud case but if I take shippment of the trans. and its not what was purchased it will become just a civil suit and I live in Toronto. Thanks Joe

Try the FactoryFive forums, they are physically close to Fall River. An owner near the factory may be in a position to help you out. I am about 1.5 hours away and not available to help.

Thanks guys, I just realized that Fortes is in Framingham, I will give them a call to see if they can pick it up for me for a cost of course! He said to the police he has 3 of these trans. at $1250 I will buy them all if he is for real.
Talked to MPE racing (Chris) and he tells me this guy is a low life and known for doing this. I told the guy and the police to drop it off with MPE but he wo'nt go there he told the police. I wonder why?

Thanks again guys, I talked to Mike yesterday and he knows this guy well, in one word TROUBLE! With police involved as fast as I reacted I believe the outcome will be positve. Mike will go and pick up the trans. to verify it is what he sold me and the police will be there to make sure or they will go ahead with fraud charges. I will keep you posted on the outcome and thanks for your input!
