Well the Cobra did not seem the car for me. She is leaving tomorrow for Suncoast Cobras if anyone is interested in purchasing it. Thanks to all those here for warm welcomes and advise with my Cobra.

Thumbs up Dr. Mom

For what it is worth I had a similar problem...very uncomfortable, painful ..almost burning in my left shoulder.....I don't think my Dr. took my complaints too seriously...told me to move around...stop and swing my arms every so often...yada...yada...yada...and my mother gave me one of those collar pillows they give to people hemroids or tail bone problems...and it worked..a complete cure....might have been some sort of nerve pressure but whatever, Doctor Mom cured it..

Last sumer was waisted with OT and getting the heads welded. Now after a days work My left shoulder now aches and burns at my 2:00 break. I can't get comfortable. It builds untill I start moving it. All this with two Aleve in the morning and two more before bed. I can usually find something that hurts without much thought. "This getting old isn't for sisies." is getting more and more true and accutate than I once thought.

Can I recommend 'Icy Hot' as a topical treatment. Works wonders.

Hey, I can relate to your pain!

I'm now 66 years old and I now understand what they mean when they say, "your just getting old".

I've replaced both knee joints, hips bad, had left rotator cuff surgery, have inflamed artritic joints, and recently a pinched nerve in my neck.
What the hell, I'm still kicken and won't give up until they put me in the box.
Here's what I can recomend to help reduce your discomfort.
Ride your road pedal bike a least 25 miles per day.
Stretch each morning.
Walk the dog.
Cut back on crazy sex.........
Drink a fair amount each day (booze).
Take plenty of drugs...Celebrex and vicadon or whatever the doctor will give you.
Wear loose shorts with elastic waist band, sandles, tee shirts and ballcap.
Use just a lap belt while driving your Cobra.
Don't carry anything in your pockets, except lunch money and a credit card for gas.

There are many other suggestions, but these might help. If you can't get the pain to go away...buy a Corvette.

Best of luck, Bill
