For what it`s worth .... I used to do about 50k/yr in my job and had a lot of problems with back , hip , neck etc pain . One therapist asked me if I drove with my billfold in my back pocket .... which I did . Removed it and a lot ( but not all ) of the problems went away ( two hip replacements also helped  ) . |
