Any Kirkham Cobra owners in Southeast Florida
I asked this same question a couple of years ago with no response, I would like to see one in person without having to travel to far, I live in Jupiter, Fl 33478 I would like to think there has to be at least one within 50 miles or so due to the amount of disposable income some have in this area.. Porsche Turbo's - Ferrari's - Masseratis - Bentleys every where but I have yet to see a Kirkham.

Good luck on this thread. I live in SE Florida and have yet to see a Kirkham since they started building their cars. I had to go to visit Backdraft's facility just to see some Cobras. I never see them on the road down here. Plenty of Ferraris, Lambos, Porsches, etc.

There is a Deep South Cobra Club Kirkham owner out of Tampa that goes by Murphy on Club Cobra and if you had attended the annual Reptile Roundup at Silver Springs last year you could have seen this polished Kirkham beauty. |

Thats about what I figured, some day when I am able to travel to one of the events I am sure there will be some. I am just real curious about them and in the future if money is available I might just buy one as long as they come with a built in polisher..LOL

We get about 100 cobras every year at our annual event for the Deep South Cobra Club and have around 450 Florida members which I estimate is only 1/4th of the cobra owners that live in our state. I attended the Lakes Park annual car show here in Fort Myers on Saturday and I only went with my camera but there was 4 Cobras in attendance. I have over 40 local cobra owners signed up in the Cape Coral area in the Deeper South Cobra Club and we get together once a month. |

Csx3018 your not far send me an email at 900rf@bellsouth.net and maybe we can meet up so I can finally see a Kirkham. If anyone is interested this Saturday Mar 1st. there will be a car show at Abacoa in Jupiter it is on the 1st Saturday of each month( I95 & Donald Ross rd exit head east to Central Blvd = about 1/2 mile or so. They block off the main street for show cars to park, last month there were over 550 cars with lots of Cobra replicas and everything else, lots of neat cars. 1000's of people show up and there is something for everyone to do, including the kids.. starts around 4pm till 9pm with a car parade at end with annoucer telling crowd what each car is as it goes by, it's a pretty neat show..lots of restaurants, etc.. located right at Roger Dean Stadium ball park just look for tall light posts when you exit I 95 to the North of Donald Ross rd.. Forgot to mention there is no fee what so ever to bring your car or just to look around.. a heck of a bargain in todays world.:)
Get there early to get a decent spot = no later than 4pm or even earlier. |

I have piad my money to be a member Deep South,to no good knothing for me in south florida .No COBRA just swamp buges & RED NECKS with no teeth ! (Find South FLorida ) very deep south!
