I do, will you accept a check written on an Australian offshore account in someone elses name. Hell, I'll even write it out for triple what the car is worth

Me thinks you protest too much. Besides, that response was not directed towards you as you can tell as I know how to quote the person I am responding to on this forum and this thread.

Make sure you get the cash upfront. No deposits.

Guys, he's not a car dealer, but a watch dealer. It bears repeating. Again and again.

This thread is too good to be true. April Fools Day is only a few days away. Is this an April Fools joke? Come on.

I have 37 cars in my collection, and have 12 or 13 cars for sale does that make me a car dealer

Yes, yes it does...Do the Australian Motor Vehicle authorities know that you are dealing in cars as an unlicensed dealer/broker?

My response directly from the Ebay Australian web page:

Q5: Do I need a dealer's license?
A5: Generally a dealer's license is not required to sell your vehicle as a private or one-off sale. However, if you sell more than a specified number of vehicles in a year then you may be required to hold a dealer's license. You should contact the relevant road transport authority or department of fair trading in your state for further information about these legal requirements as you may be required to hold a license where you sell more than a specified number of vehicles in a year.
