Mikey. I just looked at TL-48. It applies to YOUR CAR. It is a replica car manufactured by Everett Morrison. As it states, they require TWO forms. One is 82040, Application for Certificate of Title, the second is the completed Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin, transferring ownership to you.
