Roush also recommends 31 to 35 but after discussing they really lean towards the 31 degrees. How much do you gain per degree of advance? I still have never floored mine in second past 5000 rpm for fear the rear tires were breaking loose, so I could not use any more power and to be honest I have to much if that is possilbe, but is does run like a dream when you drive it like a "normal" person.
