A sewing machine won't pass 2008 CA emissions, let alone any 302, 351 or FE engine.

when i did mine (2006) they let you test based on year of block. the ref gave me the best odds and called it a '69 351w block (roush 427r w/ new dart block)

anyway I was double the allowable emissions, plus carb wasnt green dot and no heat riser. just too much cam.
