Years ago I glass bead cleaned some spark plugs and then blew them out with compressed air. I thought I was good to go. A mechanic picked up one of my plugs, and using a metal push pin, swirled it around up inside the body of the plug and the ceramic. A small amount of glass bead media fell out onto the table. That's the last time I considered using a media-blasted spark plug in a car engine.
Spark plugs are cheap.
