Default Classic Roadsters situation and parts availability

Sorry to start a new thread but could find nothing specific about my situation. I have just purchased from Lance Motors in New Jersey a CR 427 Cobra that I suspect was built in 1991. It went from a dealer in Indianna to an auction in Indianna to a dealer in KY to Lance Motors in New Jersey to Me back in KY. The VIN is 4CRDBK121MF000141. What can anyone tell me from that? I don't know what running gear, rear end, transmission, etc., that it has. I think the motor is either a 289 or 302. How can one tell, other than maybe pulling the pan and measuring the piston stroke? Also with the demise (I guess) of Classic Roadsters II where could I purchase parts for it? Right now ( I think) I just need a hood and trunk support rod, a matching passenger side mirror, and a tonneau. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
