any one have a old old replica?
I am building a kit and we are trying to figure out who made the sucker. I have posted pictures in this forum: My guess is a 1970's shell valley but no one can figure it out.
If you could help me out that would be great!
please post at: Mystery cobra
Thanks fellas!

As stated before:
Not Shell Valley
Not Midstates
Not FFR
Not Kirkham
Not CSX
Not La Exotics
Not Butler
Not SPF
Not Hunter
This is a true backyard "custom" build using a "not from mainstream" body.

definitely not a kellison or west coast. there were alot of startup cobra suppliers in the 80's, most likely was a pick and choose from several, from the angle the front end looks to be mustang II would need closer pic to be sure.
i wouldn't worry about who made it but how to build it, deep pockets and determination.... enjoy

Yep that is a mustang II front end in there from a 71 cougar. Im not really too concerned about who made the kit but it shure would be nice to know.

are you sure about the 71 cougar? if so it is not mustang II, similar design, but parts are not interchangable. in 71 the cougar was a full size car, same as t-bird and marquie.
