She was in full 'damage control' mode (good cop, bad cop) after the last lawsuit, but maybe now she's embarrassed by Shel's latest tirade. Maybe she's just lurking about, trying to pick up as much scuttle-butt as possible without stirring up too much doo doo. I'm sure she saw this coming.

Because, the last time she participated in a CS lawsuit thread, the thread was 50-60 pages and then the CC site crashed for a week or two.

The largest threads on CC are almost always the legal/lawsuit threads. Hmmm, I wonder why. Could it be that everyone either is a lawyer, wants to be a lawyer or was a lawyer?

I be to differ, the largest thread to date have been simple one:

1: What is the proper rivet count, spacing, and patterns for the hood.

Why I personally know of one owner who has had not one, two or three, but four times as many hood rivet patterns performed on his car than anyone else on Club Cobra. And he has still not got it right ;)

You too.

ERA is crap.

A fiberglass boat with wheels.

Okey dokey then, VE4MM...I weighed in early in the thread warning folks to keep it on topic, and reminded everyone last night to cool it...[b][i]and I specifically noted that Stentor's response was the end of that excahnge./i] Brent weighed in telling folks the same thing a few days ago. And you post this on the same page after Computerworks just reminded folks to stay on topic.

So...here it is: You are now the second person within 24 hours that I am throwing off this thread. Period. Don't respond here or anywhere else, and by gawd...don't PM me.

The next step will involve having some time away from CC.

Happy Holidays

P.S. And learn how to use the quote function properly.

Fixed. Don't worry Jamo, I got your back. **)

For the record, ERA cars are sweet!

How can something that looks so good be so bad?

Doesn't look to me that it would float.;):D

Nice looking Cobra.

Jamo 12-29-2008 07:44 PM

Funny. :)

Finished?

REAL 1 12-30-2008 11:37 AM

Have any of you geniuses picked up on the fact the filed complaint posted at the beginning of this thread was filed in 2000?

This big pillow fight was all to do about nothing.

Takes care.

P.S. Bill: How many correct hood rivet patterns are there. This is a test.

Actually, it doesn't take a genius either, apparently, to read a thread before they do a drive-by post.

If you looked at Page 7 of the thread...

Don

That's OK...we didn't expect you to actually read what people say...we did expect a post from you, though. :p:p

Wayne Maybury 12-30-2008 11:46 AM

Evan

I don't claim to be a genius but here is what I read:

At the beginning " Case 2:08-cv-07881-CAS-JTL Document 1 Filed 12/01/2008"

and at the end " Dated December 1, 2008 SEDGWICK, DETERT, MORAN, & ARNOLD LLP".

Ooops! Swing and a miss. Strike 1. That one hurt.

OK, how many geniuses does it take to screw in a light bulb...

Jamo 12-30-2008 11:52 AM

It's ok, Evan...I don't think anyone noticed your little flub. ;)

REAL 1 12-30-2008 11:55 AM

Ron: Fortunately I don't have the time or the patience to plow through all the crap and dribble on this thread. Your kidding right? I'd have to get to page 7 before someone noted a correction?:LOL:

Normally the stamping of the filing is good enough for me. Rare its wrong.

Anyway....if CS filed another suit against FFR. He's wrong to do so IMHO. This crap doesn't need to be resurrected. Time to let go in my opinion but CS does what CS wants to do.

For all the stuff CS has done we don't like he as also done good stuff too. Remember that.

VE4MM obvoiusly has or at least appears to have a bad attitude as to CS. There are ways to criticize and voice opinions without personal attacks. If he hates Shelby so much he should sell all his Shelby cars or facsimiles thereof and build a Ferrari collection after all Shelby hated Enzo and Ferrari in general. What a better way to say I don't like Shelby. Right?

Jamo: Thanks. LOL. Who'd a thunk it????

Ron: You have a PM

Two different patterns that I can confirm on original untouched CSX3000 "SC" cars.........Of course neither of which match yours ;)

Here is wishing you and yours a happy and a healthy new year.

Sincerely,

Bill S.

Jamo 12-30-2008 12:07 PM

OK...Evan's come and gone. Back to the thread, although there seems to be less and less to be said about the actual topic.

Maricopa 12-30-2008 12:09 PM

although there seems to be less and less to be said about the actual topic.

Absolutely. Now, back to the rivet pattern question.

Doug I 12-30-2008 12:17 PM

I wanna talk about whether the knock-off wire should have a left or right hand twist. :p
