B303 VS X303 Camshaft

Anybody have experience with these cams. I have a 302 HO (1987) hydraulic roller with aluminum heads, dual plane intake and a 650 Holley carb, the rest of the motor is stock. I’m looking to upgrade my cam for either the ford B303 cam witch I just slap it in or the X303 and need to notch my pistons. I would like to know the HP gain from one to the other and also by notching piston I will bring my compression ration down and what effect will that do to my HP. Thanks for your feedback.
