What were the problems with the Lakewood ?
Lakewood's are very far off center. Considering the same company owns Lakewood and Quicktime this is strange!

I use GM Synchromesh in mine and it works fine.

I have a QuickTime bell housing and it did need a runout check. It was not out by much (10-20 thou) but it should always be checked.
