UTAH titiling/registration...New Law in the works

Notice to all Utah Replica and street rod folks: The Utah Hose of Reps hase passed a new Titing law that allows a replica to be titled per the year it's replicating. HB143 passed the house 67-4, and goes to the senate this week, which is the LAST week of the Legislature for this year. Contact your reps to tell them of your desires..ASAP.
