Good thinking,
But mine is registered under SPCN SB-100 as a 2005. She said that doesn't matter. They are doing to all of the "KIT CARS." Seems a blatant money grab to me, as most of the "KIT CARS" are made of NEW parts.
If they can do it to me, they can do it to anyone.
