Clay Bar is great stuff, combined with a wax or glaze process, it can take years off your paint (in a good way).
I remember using it on my 83' 5.0L when I bought it in 88' and it made it look like new.
It takes a while, and you need to start with a clean car and have clean water at the ready. --
