I need a quick answer for a motor

I was discussing a motor trade with a guy for some furniture that I build.This is waht he has as far as a trade and I wanted to see if it was a good deal.
He says it came out of a 79 merc.
I need an answer pretty quick if someone can help me

This is the email that he ssent me:
"I have a 351W with a stock 2 barrel intake and carb and an aftermarket intake and holley 4 barr"
